Into Light
Moments ago, it was totally invisible to me.
Then all at once, it all snaps into focus. I feel a tingling rush of inspiration go up my spine and form the most delicious goose bumps on my skin as golden light dances on wet sand forming stripes of dark and light, holding each other in organic symmetry.

Great Barrier island is a small island about 100 km off the coast of Auckland, New Zealand and is only about 285 square km (110 square miles). 60% of the island is designated as a nature reserve, and 100% of the island is off the grid. In fact, there is no grid on the entire island. It is designated as a Dark Sky Sanctuary.
